Located in historical King Street in the heart of theatre land, Myristica is a large restaurant yet with an intimate feel, with two bars and private dining for up to 25 people. The creation of two brothers, Amit and Tosh Lakhani, Myristica was opened early in 2007 after a well-thought refurbishment with striking results. Food wise, Myristica offers something a little different from the usual Indian; the talented Chefs have experience in some of the world’s top hotels and restaurants and offer an array of typical Indian dishes, whether it’s a snack or a feast you’re after. The menu is short, offering only the freshest selection of seasonal dishes. At Myristica all dishes are made to order, in their own individual way using the best ingredients available, many imported from India. There is a decent wine list to accompany your meal, with many available by the glass. ‘Myristica’, meaning nutmeg or spice, aspires to be the name on everyone’s lips and part of the food lovers vocabulary in the South West. Don't miss out!
