Opened in 2006 on Small Street, Mazati has gathered quite a reputation as a fantastic example of what Lebanese cuisine is all about. With a dramatically lit arched stone ceiling that creates an intimate atmosphere from the moment you enter, so that you can relax with friends and enjoy the varied menu. Mazati have a large array of mezzes that are ideal for sharing, and a good selection of traditional Lebanese main courses, such as the Kharouf Mehshi (Lamb Shank) and Lokkos (Seabass) that we had there recently. Vegetarians won't be left wanting either, with a large number of vegetarian starters and main courses on offer. It is the service, however, that really makes Mazati such a joy to dine in, with the staff being attentive without being overbearing, which means there is always someone at hand when you decide to order more drinks or a few extra mezzes to go with your meal. Give it a try, you might be surprised!
