This authentic Pan-Asian restaurant has a policy of using only the freshest ingredients in the preparation of their dishes, with a strong emphasis on visual presentation. The dishes on the menu comprehensively represent the best of Pan-Asian cuisine and are as authentic as the Western palate will allow, or so they say(!). Truth to tell, this was one of our team's first sushi experience when we dined here just before Christmas 2005 – and he has since been back… twice! Budokan began life in Bristol's city centre in October 1998, and has since opened in Clifton. Retaining its AA rosette for a second year, in recognition of the freshness and variety of it's dishes, is testament to the quality on offer.
