The restaurant, on the first floor, has fantastic views of the harbour and serves sophisticated, provincial European dishes. It offers an extensive wine list, a dedicated wine bar area and wine tastings. The brasserie is located on the ground floor of Bordeaux Quay in a large, light-filled space that opens out onto an outside dining area on the water's edge. It serves first class, café-style food in a relaxed and casual atmosphere which welcomes couples, single diners, children and families. Since opening in September 2006, Bordeaux Quay has achieved international acclaim as the UK's first "eco restaurant" and, along with Barny Haughton, Chef and Proprietor, has won numerous awards for its outstanding contribution to food education, sustainable practice and excellent cooking.
